Sweet and Spicy Jicama Shoe String Fries Recipe

Serves: 4      INGREDIENTS1 large jicama, spiralizedOlive oil, to drizzle (about 2 Tablespoons)1 tablespoon SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend½ teaspoon garlic powder½ teaspoon onion powder1 teaspoon red chili powder½ teaspoon sea salt½ teaspoon smoked sweet paprikaDIRECTIONS1.   Preheat the oven to 405°F.2. Cut or snip jicama strings into “fry-sized” pieces.  When done, lay pieces out on two large baking trays. Drizzle with olive oil and toss together so that jicama is coated.3. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients.4. Evenly sprinkle seasoning over jicama.  Toss again to combine and then lay them out, avoiding overlapping as much as possible.  Bake for 15 minutes on one side.  Using tongs, turn over jicama strings and bake another 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
