I love my new Amope Wet and Dry Foot File! it comes with a usb/plug adapter, initially I charged it for a few hours and it was ready to go! So far I have used it on only dry feet and it works very well! It has two speeds which is cool so it will fit your needs. The rounded roller head will smoothly go around your entire foot.
