I received the following free from Smiley
• (10) packets of Emergen-Zzzz™ (flavors: 5 Berry PM and 5 Peach PM)
• A pack of (5) five $1.00 off coupons
• Sharing Guide

My favorite was the Peach flavor, I do suffer from having a hard time falling a sleep, so I took one packet 30 minutes before bedtime and I was able to feel relaxed and calm and definitely was able to fall asleep faster. I woke up feeling refreshed! Again this is only needed for occasional sleeplessness. Emergen-Zzzz™ has melatonin that naturally promotes sleep by reducing the amount of time it takes to fall asleep. Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland in the brain that is linked to sleep and wake cycles. Your body produces high levels of melatonin when it’s dark and low levels when it’s light.
I received this smiley kit free, all opinions are my own!
